Rural Veterinary Shortage

At Clutha Vets we are aware of the shortage of rural vets and are trying to correct the shortfall.

It is our aim to actively seek out new veterinary staff – experienced and new graduates.

We use several methods to attract overseas vets and we have bursaries in place to encourage NZ graduates to work in the South.
